If you still have an active service with Vonage, you will be able to obtain this information from your Vonage online account. However, if you canceled your account, you may not be able to obtain this information. Your best course of action is to call our customer service and request for your billing statement.

My automatic payment was set to 27th September. I wanted to cancel the service on 26th September. I could not cancel the service on the web site and I was asked to call to cancel the service. I wanted to avoid paying next month bill. But could not remove my credit card information or cancel automatic payment. I thought the vonage give full refund . But the agent Richie was not professional and said I won't get any refund if I cancel the service. I was the customer for 10 years and I got bad treatment from the agent. I should have got my full refund. I don't use the vonage phone also too much.. I might have used only 100 minutes per month international. The agent should have cancelled the service on 27th and she should have given the full refund. Now I am very unhappy with Vonage and will never come back to Vonage. I will never refer Vonage to my families and friends. How to remove credit card information from the vonage account?
